Buzzard's first oil marked with laser show and tes DVD

The Buzzard field produced its first oil on 7 January 2007, making it the largest field to come on stream in the North Sea for a decade. The field’s operator, Nexen, marked the occasion by illuminating its Aberdeen office with lasers: just one of the scenes captured in the third and final tes Buzzard DVD.

Our DVD follows Buzzard field from its 2001 discovery to completion of the three bridge-linked platforms and first oil production. The filming took us to Spain and Norway and introduced us to many of the people involved, all of whom were proud to have worked on such an important project and one that was delivered on time and within budget.
