For Vertex, tes developed a marketing/sales tool and exhibition environment to demonstrate the benefits of customer relationship management (CRM) and its application to businesses.
'Beyond the transaction – The CRM experience' is a DVD-based presentation defining CRM. The presentation consists of video sections featuring case studies that focus on the application of CRM techniques to different market sectors and an innovative multimedia programme that showed prospects how they could apply CRM to their businesses. tes was involved in designing, developing and project managing all elements of the CRM experience.
